I am pleased to advise that a new revamped website is now available.  With nearly three-quarters of a million records and using MapMate technology we can now offer distribution mapping and phenology of all the moth species that have occurred in Dorset.  Peter Davey's excellent text for the macros has been added, and we already have over 1600 fantastic photos available.

 

I must stress that the records are provisional and that the text and comments will be updated over the coming weeks, so is still very much work-in-progress.

 

The 'latest sightings' feature will continue on the new site, while the archive records will remain available on this site at least for the mean-time.

 

Having both micro and macro information for Dorset available for the first time is the culmination of an exciting project, and I hope you find it of interest!
